About Libacce

Libacce is a manufacturer. We produce protective textiles for healthcare, care homes, hospitality and industry from our own facility in Büyükçekmece, Istanbul: PU-coated mattress covers, protectors, underpads, positioning cushions, foam cores, care bedding and custom technical covers.

Our story

Libacce began in 2015 as a small tailor's shop in a neighbourhood in Türkiye. In those first years we focused on tailoring, preparing custom products around what each customer actually needed, and listening carefully to everyone who walked through the door.

Many of our customers worked in care homes and care centres. Their suggestions and experience showed us the growing need for waterproof, easy-to-clean textile products in elderly care — and their feedback pointed us in a new direction, one that became a turning point in our journey.

Drawing on the knowledge and experience tailoring had given us, we began to manufacture waterproof mattress covers, pillow and mattress protectors, bed linen sets, pillows and duvets. From the very beginning, our priorities have been durability, hygiene, comfort and ease of use.

Most of our production today is wholesale, for care homes, care centres, hotels and other institutional customers. And we believe that a product developed for professional use can make daily life at home easier too — because a great product is often more than a product: an invisible layer of protection for your mattress, extra comfort for a loved one, a long-term investment in quality.

The journey that started as a small tailor's shop has become a company specialised in technical home textiles. Behind every piece we make are years of experience, careful workmanship and the trust of our customers. We hope our products find their place both in institutions and in homes — adding comfort, protection and peace of mind to daily life.

What we actually do

We take a requirement and turn it into a repeatable product: choosing the base knit and the coating, sampling, testing the seams and closures against how the product will be washed and handled, and then producing it at the volume a programme needs.

How we work with buyers

Our customers are procurement teams in hospital groups and care providers, mattress and furniture manufacturers who need a protective layer, distributors building a private-label range, and industrial buyers who need a cover that survives a specific environment.

The conversation is usually technical from the first email. Send the dimensions, the quantity, the market and what the product has to survive. We reply with a construction, a sample plan and a price — not a brochure.

Protection starts with the right textile. Get the material right and everything downstream — the wash cycle, the service life, the infection-control policy — becomes easier.

Our facility is in Hürriyet Mah., Gezegen Sk. No 10A, Büyükçekmece, Istanbul (postal code 34537). Visits are welcome by appointment, and we send production photographs and samples to buyers who cannot travel.
