How a programme starts

1. The brief. Tell us the product, the market and the volume. If you have an existing supplier, the most useful thing you can send is the product you want improved.
2. Construction. We propose a fabric, a membrane, a closure and a finish, with the trade-offs stated: what a lighter coating buys you, what a different zip costs.
3. Sampling. Samples are produced for evaluation, testing and approval. Change the specification at this stage as many times as it takes.
4. Approval and production. Once the sample is signed off, that construction becomes the reference for every subsequent run.
5. Supply. Ongoing production against your call-off schedule.

What we need from you

The dimensions, the annual volume, the destination market and any certification your customers will ask for. If the product will be laundered industrially, tell us the cycle — temperature, chemistry and frequency change the construction more than almost anything else.

Export

We ship internationally and support buyers with the documentation their import process requires. Terms are agreed per programme; tell us the destination and we will confirm what we can offer.
