A washable underpad does the job of many single-use pads. It is laundered with the rest of the care textiles and goes back on the bed, so a care home buys and throws away fewer disposable pads.
How the layers work
- A soft, skin-friendly top fabric.
- Absorbent inner layers that hold the liquid.
- A waterproof, breathable backing that keeps the mattress dry.
- A non-slip base that keeps the pad in place.
Pads are made in 4- and 5-layer versions with a choice of absorbency levels.
