Shipping & Returns
How goods leave our facility, and what happens if something is wrong with them.
We supply business customers against an agreed quotation. The terms below describe our general practice; the quotation for your programme is what governs.
Lead times
Depending on the size of the order, production typically completes within two to nine weeks and the goods are ready for dispatch. Your exact lead time — which depends on the construction, the quantity and whether a sample round is needed — is confirmed in writing in your quotation before production starts, not estimated afterwards.
Shipping
We ship domestically within Türkiye and internationally. Incoterms, carrier and packaging format are agreed per order. Tell us the destination and the receiving warehouse's requirements and we will confirm what we can offer.
Export documentation is prepared to suit the destination market. If your import process needs a particular document or format, say so at quotation stage rather than at dispatch.
Inspection on arrival
Check the goods against the approved sample and the quantity on the packing list when they arrive. Report any shortage, transit damage or discrepancy within seven days of delivery, with photographs where relevant.
If something is wrong
Where goods do not match the approved sample or the agreed specification, we replace or rework them. This is what the approved sample is for: it is the reference, and a deviation from it is our responsibility to correct.
Returns are not accepted for custom-made products — the product is personalised to your specification — except where there is a quality problem. The same applies to orders you have approved: once production is approved, the specification is fixed. This is why the approved sample matters: agree dimensions and quantities carefully before production starts.
Samples
Sample runs are produced before a programme starts so the construction can be evaluated and approved. Ask for a sample before committing to a volume — it is the cheapest stage at which to change your mind.
