Data processed and the purpose

Identity and contact data (name, company, email, telephone) and the content of your enquiry, processed in order to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, carry out a commercial relationship, and meet our legal record-keeping obligations.

Method and legal grounds

Data is collected electronically through the enquiry form on this website and through email and telephone contact. It is processed on the grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: processing necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and the legitimate interests of the data controller.

Transfers

This website is hosted in Türkiye. Personal data is not transferred abroad except to the extent our email service provider processes it on our behalf. It is not transferred to third parties for their own purposes.

Your rights under Article 11

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the recipients of any transfer, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request erasure or destruction, to object to an adverse result produced solely by automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
