Density sets firmness and life
Foam density is the weight of one cubic metre of foam. We produce grey polyurethane foam from 14 to 36 kg/m³: lower densities are lighter and softer, higher densities are firmer and keep their shape longer under constant use, as on hospital and care beds.
Cut to size, covered in-house
Cores are cut to the dimensions you send, with CNC cutting for shaped or repeat parts. Because we also make the covers, a core can leave the factory inside a washable, waterproof PU cover sewn to its exact size.
Newborn and incubator mattresses
For neonatal units, foam mattresses are produced to the inside dimensions of each incubator or cot model, with an optional waterproof, removable cover.
