Why stretchers need their own cover
A stretcher in an emergency department or ambulance can carry many patients in one shift. Its mattress needs a surface that can be wiped clean in seconds between patients, keeps blood and fluids out of the foam, and can still be removed and machine washed when a full clean is needed.
Construction
Libacce stretcher covers use the same PU-coated, two-way-stretch polyester knit as our hospital mattress covers, from 120 to 300 g/m² or heavier. The construction is breathable, antibacterial, anti-fungal, dust-resistant, flame-retardant and antistatic.
Made to your stretcher
Stretcher mattresses vary widely, so every cover is cut to the stretcher it will be used on. Send the length, width and thickness, any cut-outs or rounded ends, and the quantity.
