Privacy Policy

This policy covers personal data processed through this website by Libacce Industrial Products, Hürriyet Mah., Gezegen Sk. No 10A, Büyükçekmece, Istanbul, Türkiye. For any question about it, write to [email protected].

What we collect

We collect only what you send us. When you submit the enquiry form that is your name, your company, your email address, your telephone number if you provide one, the product and quantity you ask about, and your message. We also record the language of the page and the page the enquiry came from, so we can answer in the right language and in context.

We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell or rent data to anyone.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, to prepare a quotation, and to keep a record of a commercial conversation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry, and, where a supply relationship follows, the performance of a contract.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a commercial relationship are removed once they are no longer useful for that purpose. Records connected to an order are retained in accordance with all applicable legal requirements, including commercial and tax law.

Who sees it

Our own sales and technical staff. This website is hosted in Türkiye. Personal data is not shared with third parties except where a service provider processes it on our behalf (for example, our email provider) or where we are required to disclose it by law.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to our holding it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond. If you are in Türkiye, your rights under KVKK are set out in more detail in our KVKK notice.
