Specifying for an incubator or cot
Incubator and cot models differ, so each mattress is produced to the inside dimensions of the unit it will go into. Send the length, width and the thickness you need, the incubator or cot model if you have it, and the quantity.
The polyurethane foam core gives even support across the surface and is light enough to lift out for cleaning. A waterproof, removable cover can be added: it comes off for washing, so the core stays dry and the cover can be changed between babies.
